If you have an existing account, but don't remember the password, you will need to reset it. To reset your password in Superpunch, follow these steps:
- From the Superpunch Login Screen.
- Select Reset Password (if you have not already set up password reset access, you will need to Enroll in the Password Reset System).
- Under "Domain", select 247intouchpci.
- Enter your Username. Don't know your username? Refer to Forgot Your Username.
- Select Continue.
- Enter the answer to each "Security Question" and select Next.
- Enter your New Password.
- Confirm New Password.
- Select Reset Password.
Note: If you select "Register", instead of "Reset Password", you will be prompted for an authorization code, your Team Leader/Trainer/Supervisor will be able to provide this for you.
