A detailed reporting of agent’s billable and paid hours during a shift. When used in conjunction with Bill to Pay, this report is a handy tool in identifying behaviors contributing to a team’s low productive time. Available to anyone with "Supervisor", "Reporting User", and "Finance/Billing" Roles.
To run the Agent Hours Report, follow these steps:
- Log into Superpunch.
- Navigate to: Reports -> Ops Toolkit -> Agent Hours Report.
- Specify the Date Range and select Apply.
- Select a Timezone.
- Select a Client.
- Select a Line of Business.
- Select a Supervisor.
- Optional: Select check box to display Agency Only employees
- Select Run.
The report will be added to your Report Queue and will give a status of "Processing". While the report is processing you can navigate away from the page and continue your work. Once the report is ready for downloading you will be notified via email and by the bell notification icon on your Superpunch Dashboard.
To access the report download:

Select the "View Report" link in the email or select the bell notification icon in the upper left corner of your Superpunch dashboard.
- You will be redirected to the Report Queue pop-up where you can select the "Download" button.
- Your downloaded report will appear in the download section on your computer system.
