A detailed reporting of agent’s billable and paid hours during a shift. When used in conjunction with Bill to Pay, this report is a handy tool in identifying behaviors contributing to a team’s low productive time. Available to anyone with "Supervisor", "Reporting User", and "Finance/Billing" Roles.
To run the Agent Hours Report, follow these steps:
- Log into Superpunch.
- Navigate to: Reports -> Ops Toolkit -> Agent Hours Report.
- Specify the Date Range and select Apply.
- Select a Timezone.
- Select a Client.
- Select a Line of Business.
- Select a Supervisor.
- Select Submit.
The report will download to your computer in Excel format and will be visible in the lower-left corner of your browser if you are using Chrome.
