Your Username (also known as your Superpunch username, PCI username, Shield Username, or Active Directory [AD] username) is what you use to both log into Superpunch and to your computer.
Your username is likely your firstname.lastname. If your name is John Smith, for instance, your username is most likely john.smith unless there are multiple people with the same name in which case there may also be a number assigned such as john.smith04.
If you are unable to remember your Username please have your Supervisor contact Global Service Desk (GSD) who can search Superpunch for it.
