The Accrual Roll Over Report provides the record of hours earned and hours used by employees in the date range selected. It is used to track whether an employee’s accrual will roll over or not and check if this matches the ADP record. It is available to anyone with the "Payroll Manager" or "Payroll Analyst" roles.
To access the Accrual Roll Over Report, follow these steps:
- Log into Superpunch.
- Navigate to: Payroll -> US -> Accrual Roll Over.
- Select a Date Range.
- Select a Time Accrual.
- Select Submit.
The report will generate in Excel format in will be visible in the lower-left corner of your screen if you are using chrome.
