If you'd like to contact your HR department and are located within North Amercian, then you can contact your HR department in one of the following three ways.
The HR Service Desk (HRSD) is our new service delivery model that makes getting in touch with HR more efficient and easier. HRSD will also give the HR team useful reporting, which will ultimately help inform your experience with HR.
The North America HRSD pilot began in September 2022. Services currently available through HRSD are:

If you have access to Jira, then you can contact your HR team using the HR Service Desk by following these steps:
- Log into the HR Service Desk.
- Select the most appropriate category related to your inquiry from the list.
- Complete the following fields:

If you want to contact your HR team through CoHub, then follow these steps:
- Go to CoHub.
- Select Sign in With Google.
- Sign in using your Google Account information.
- Scroll down to the "My Links" section.
- Select HR Service Desk.
- Select Your Campus.
- Complete the following fields:

- Go to the Insider.
- Select the Choose your Experience button.
- Select your Location.
- Scroll down to the section titled "HR Hub" (in pink).

From here you can:

- Retrieve the email and phone number for your HR Department to contact them directly.
- Or select the Ask a Question button and fill out the “Leave us a Message” form and select Send to submit your inquiry with HR.

For those that are outside of North America and don't have access to the 24-7 Insider, you can find your HR departments information externally through the public company website.
To access your HR departments contact information through the public company website, follow these steps:
- Go to our public Company Website.
- From the menu options at the top of the homepage, select Contact.
