In order to be able to add a Training Schedule to a Roster you will require one of the following three Superpunch roles: "Roster Reception Access", "Roster HR Access" or the "Roster Access".
To add a Training Schedule to a Roster, follow these steps:
- Log into Superpunch.
- Navigate to: HR Tools->Roster.
- Find the corresponding Roster that you would like to add an Orientation Class to.
- Select the Open Roster icon located to the far right.
- Scroll to and expand the section labeled "Training Schedule
". - Select the toggle button labeled Create Training Schedules.
- Select a Training Start Date and Training End Date.
- Select a Start Time and End Time (if different then the Default Start & End Times).
- Select the corresponding Days of Week for training (or you can use the toggle buttons in the "Skip Day" field to select the days in which there will be no scheduled training).
- Select Apply.
- Once you've selected apply, the training schedule will be added to all of the candidates listed in the roster.
