Agents will complete their Superpunch Registration during orientation under the direction of the orientation leader.
To Register an Agent in Superpunch, follow these steps:
- The agent will need to either download and open the Superpunch mobile app on their Smartphone, or if they do not have a mobile device they can use a computer browser and go to: http://superpunchtms.com/account/register.
- If using the App - Agents will select New Account Creation.
- The agent will be prompted to input their Badge Code (the orientation leader will need to let the agents know what their badges codes are. See the Roster - Adding a Candidates Badge Code article for more information on Badge Codes.
- The agent will then need to enter their Date of Birth to confirm their identity.
-
- From the calendar which pops-up, tapping on the current year will display an option to select the year without having to manually go back through the years. Once the year is selected the specific month and day can then be chosen.
-
- Agents will then be prompted to select a password using the required criteria and to re-enter the password to confirm it. The agent will need to remember both their username (generally their firstname.lastname) and password for training.
- If using the App, the agent will also have an option to take or upload a photo of themselves. Remind them to keep it work appropriate. See the Upload or Edit a Profile Picture in the Superpunch Mobile App article for more information on uploading pictures.
- The Superpunch account will now be setup for each agent and ready to use during training.
- It will apply the orientation hours automatically as they were set in the roster. The backend process will reset the user password (AD) and create a report for ITSD to move the user to the correct program.
- Two days after orientation, Superpunch automatically deactivates unregistered accounts.
For those sites that require local IT setup as well, the Active Directory (AD) report can be exported and downloaded following Orientation and sent by HR via email to local IT. See the Roster - Export the Active Directory (AD) article for more information on uploading pictures).
