To access a list of Orientation Rosters you will require either the "Roster Access" role, or the "Roster HR Access" role. If you don't see "Roster" as a menu option in Superpunch you will need to ensure that you've had the appropriate Roster role and feature flag added to your user profile.
To Create a Roster, follow these steps:
- Log into Superpunch.
- Navigate to: HR Tools -> Roster.
- Select Add a Roster.
- Fill in the following fields with the corresponding information indicated on the KITT request:

- "Location"
- "Program"
- "Job" (if there are different jobs within the same wave, a separate roster will need to be created for each job as this may determine different recruiting needs and pay rates).
- "Wave Number" (this fields accepts numbers or letters, but FP&A has requested numbers only for reporting purposes).
- "Orientation Hours"
- "Training Start and End Dates"
- "Contract Template" (if multiple contracts are needed, it can be changed for individual people on the roster).
- "Training Start Time"
- "Training End Time"

- Select Create to save and create the Roster, or select Cancel to exit.
