The Missing Payroll Information Report is available to those with the "Payroll Analyst" or "Payroll Manager" job roles in Superpunch.
To run the Missing Payroll Info Report, follow these steps:
- Log into Superpunch.
- Navigate to: Payroll -> Reports -> Missing Payroll Info.
- Select the Payroll System.
- Select the Date Range and select Apply.
- Select Submit.
An Excel file of the report will automatically be downloaded to your computer that contains two tabs:
- A listing of all users missing a Payroll ID for the specified date range and Payroll System.
- A listing of all hours for users missing a Payroll Provider username.
