The Home Location Discrepancies Report is available for those with the "Payroll Manager" or "Payroll Analyst" roles. The report only displays users with Payable Job Codes worked on outside their Home Location (as indicated in their Superpunch User Profile) and falling into the selected Date Range
To access the Home Location Discrepancies Report, follow these steps:
- Log into Superpunch.
- Navigate to: Payroll -> Reports -> Home Location Discrepancies.
- Select the Date Range and select Apply (the report automatically defaults to the last 15 days).
- Select a Home Location or select All Regions.
- Select the Submit.
The report will download to your computer in Excel format and will be visible in the lower-left corner of your browser if you are using Chrome.
The Excel Report contains two tabs:
1. The Summary tab which includes:
Home Location - If the user has more than one value for the Home Location field during the selected date range, a separate line will be displayed for each Home Location entry,
Payroll ID - User’s Payroll ID,
Agent Name - User’s name,
Supervisor - User’s supervisor as set in their Superpunch User Profile,
Regular Payable - Total payable hours worked on Home Location, and
Payable Hours Outside Home Location - Total payable hours worked outside their Home Location.
2. The Outside Home Location Details which includes:
Home Location - If the user has more than one value for the Home Location field during the selected date range, a separate line will be displayed for each Home Location entry,
Line of Business - If the user has hours on more than one Line of Business outside their Home Location (site), a separate line for each Line of Business will be displayed,
Payroll ID - User’s Payroll ID
Agent Name - User’s name
Supervisor - User’s supervisor as set in their Superpunch User Profile,
Dates (within selected date range) - In each the applicable dates, the number of payable hours worked outside the user’s Home Location will be displayed. For those dates where no hours were registered outside the Home Location, they will be left blank.
