The Job Code Usage Report is available to anyone with the roles of "Supervisor" or "Payroll User".
This report can be configured to show the use of a job code in a particular location over the date range selected and can be drilled down to display the details of an agent's use of that particular job code within the selected date range.
To access the Job Code Usage Report, follow these steps:
- Log into Superpunch.
- Navigate to: Reports -> Ops Toolkit -> Job Code Usage Report.
- Select a Home Location or select All for all locations.
- Select a Date Range and select Apply.
- Search and Select a Job Code(s).
- Select Submit.
The report will download to your computer in Excel format and will display two tabs.
- The Summary tab: will display a summary of all agents for that home location and date range that have used the selected job code.
- The Detail tab: will show each use of the selected job code for each agent at that home location within the date range. The detail report can be sorted in the Excel sheet by LOB as well.
