The HRIS Report is accessible currently only to the "HRIS Pilot" role. The report will include information viewable to the person running the report based on their assigned HRIS security level.
If a single Record type is selected AND the user pulling the report is an HR security level 4 or higher (OMs and above), then the custom fields for that record will show in the filter area and would be selectable as additional fields in the report.
HR Users only (HR Coordinator, HR Generalist, HR Manager, etc.): an Excel copy of the report can be downloaded to your computer by selecting the Export button.
There are 3 tabs from which you can run an HRIS Report
1. Employees,
2. Supervisors,
3. Record Count.
To run a report from the Employees tab, follow these steps:
- Log into Superpunch.
- Navigate to: Reports ->HRIS Reports.
- Select the Employees tab.
- Select the Date Range and select Apply.
- Select a Site.
- Select a Program.
- Select a Record Type or select All for all record types.
- Select the Anonymize Report? checkbox if required.
- Select the Submit.
To run a report under the Supervisors tab, follow these steps:
- Log into Superpunch.
- Navigate to: Reports -> HRIS Reports.
- Select the Supervisors tab.
- Select the Date Range and select Apply.
- Select a Site.
- Select a Program.
- Select a Supervisor or select All for all supervisors.
- Select a Record Type or select All for all record types.
- Select Submit.
To run a report under the Record Count tab, follow these steps:
- Log into Superpunch.
- Navigate to: Reports -> HRIS Reports.
- Select the Supervisors tab.
- Select the Date Range and select Apply.
- Select a Site.
- Select a Program.
- Select the Line of Business.
- Select a Record Type or select All for all record types.
- Select the Anonymize Report? checkbox if required.
- Select Submit.
