If you have a "Missing Time Import" in your Issues Dashboard, this article will help you find the Alternative System Account identifier to link the time source to the person.
Updating the Alternative System Account in the Issues Dashboard:
If you have an issue on the issues dashboard with the issue type "Missing Time Import" you can expand it and you will be presented with 2 options.
Check Alternative System Accounts
This will open a dialogue that will allow you to select Check Alternative System Accounts and include an "Identifier". It is very important that you enter the correct values for both fields. To help with this, please review the information below. If you are unsure, please reach out to GSD.
What time system does this person use?
- Use the agents Avaya ID (5 digit number, *****)
- Use the agents Avaya R8 ID (10 digit number, 1000******)
- Use the agents Five9 ID (15 digit number, 300000000******)
