This article is for "Supervisors" who use the Issues Dashboard. If you use the issues dashboard and you have a 'Missing Schedule Import' issue but the person's schedule source isn't listed below, please reach out to GSD.
If you have a 'Missing Schedule Import' in your Issues Dashboard, this article will help you find the Alternative System Account identifier to link the schedule to the person.
Updating the Alternative System Account in the Issues Dashboard:
If you have an issue on the issues dashboard with the issue type "No Schedule" you can expand it and you will be presented with 2 options.
Check Alternative System Accounts
This will open a dialogue that will allow you to select an "Alternate System" and include an Identifier. It is very important that you enter the correct values for both fields. To help with this, please review the information below. If you are unsure, contact GSD for assistance.
What scheduling software does this person use?
- Log into WFO.
- Navigate to the person's schedule.
- In the ID column you will find the Alternate System ID needed (generally a 6 digit number).
- In the Issues Dashboard dialogue select "Aspect" from the Alternate System dropdown.
- Enter the ID from step 3 in the Identifier field.
- Log into Nice.
- Navigate to Schedule Viewer and find the person's schedule.
- In the ID column you will find the Alternate System ID needed (generally a 6 digit number).
- Find that appropriate NICE/IEX selection based on the person's program. If their specific program isn't listed use the 247 Intouch - NICE IEX option.
- Enter the ID from step 3 in the Identifier field.
