Superpunch Chat Questions

Superpunch Chat Questions allows people in a channel to ask questions in a way that makes them easier to find for Supervisors. 

Asking a Question

To ask a Supervisor a question through Superpunch Chat, follow these steps:

1. Log into Superpunch Chat.
2. In the appropriate Superpunch Chat channel start a message with /? then type a question.
3. After sending your question, it will show in a light blue (light mode) or purple (dark mode) bubble to make it stand out.
4. Anyone can react to your question but only Supervisors can answer it.

Answering a Questions (Supervisors Only)

If you are a supervisor, you have two ways to answer questions through Superpunch Chat, follow the steps below:

1. Log into Superpunch Chat.
2. When in the appropriate channel and you see an unanswered question, you can click the Answer this question button located below the question being asked.
3. This will open the "Question" panel and will act just like a thread.
4. You can enter your answer and send it as you would any other message.

Or, you will also see a Questions shortcut at the top of your message list. This shortcut will alert you whenever there are unanswered questions in any room that you have Starred .

You can see the questions by clicking the shortcut and you can answer them directly without having to find them in the individual channel(s).
