As an "Operations Manager" with the "Mass Exception Access" role, you can edit large groups of punches that are in the wrong job/code for your program. You are only able to move users that have the same current LOB, Job, and Code to a new Job and Code within the same mass exception request.
- Log into Superpunch.
- Navigate to: Time Entries -> Mass Exception Requests.
- Select Date Range and Times (limited to a two-week view).
- Select Client.
- Select Line of Business.
- Select Job.
- Select any additional filters including "Team Leader", "Wave", "Agent", and/or "Agent Time Zone".
- Select Apply Filters.
- From the results that display you can select/deselect check boxes to:
- If you select ALL (which is the check box to the left of the "Name" column), this will include all agents and all dates.
- Once All has been selected, you can then deselect Individual Agent(s) and/or Individual Date(s).
- Instead of selecting ALL, you can also just select Individual Agent(s) and Individual Date(s) as needed.
- You can also use the "Search" text box to search by a keyword.
- Once you have the agent(s) and/or date(s) selected, Choose a Job (from the available drop-down options just above the report) to move the selected hours to.
- Select Apply.
- You will be prompted to change to the correct job if Superpunch detects a different job is still listed and then select the Apply Changes.
- Select Submit Changes.
- In the "Confirm Changes" window that opens leave a brief note as to why these changes need to be submitted and then select the Submit Changes.
- A confirmation message will indicate the exception has been successfully submitted.
- A Mass Exception Approver will need to approve the request for the changes to take effect.
