Superpunch Chat Settings

Superpunch Chat settings can be customized to the user's preferences.

Profile Settings

To change your Profile Settings, follow these steps:

1. Log into Superpunch Chat.
2. Select your Profile Picture.
3. Select Chat Settings.
4. Select Profile.
5. Select the items you would like to be shown in your profile, such as:
   • My local time
   • My phone number
   • My email address
   • Show Status
6. Enter a message in the "Personal Message" field (optional). Others will see this message when they visit your profile.

If you haven't uploaded a profile picture, it will show a colored circle with your initials inside the circle. See this article for more information on uploading a profile picture. 

Notification Settings

To change your Notification Settings, follow these steps:

1. Log into Superpunch Chat.
2. Select your Profile Picture.
3. Select Chat Settings.
4. Select Notifications.
5. Select your preferred Global Notification settings.

Appearance Settings

To change your Appearance Settings, follow these steps:

1. Log into Superpunch Chat.
2. Select your Profile Picture.
3. Select Chat Settings.
4. Select Appearance.
5. Select between Light or Dark.
6. Select between Compact or Comfortable.
7. Select your "Room Sorting" preferences:
   • Alphabetically
   • Notification Priority
   • Unread on top
8. Select your "Message Alignment" preferences:
   
   • Align my messages to the right.
   • Align my messages to the left.
