To view the document acknowledgement status and history you will need to be assigned a "Human Resource Generalist", or "Human Resource Manager" role.
To view the document acknowledgment status and history, follow these steps:
- Log into Superpunch.
- Navigate to: Documents.
- Select the History tab.
- Select a Date range and select Apply (this is the date range the document was last edited on).
- Select a Status.
- Select a Site.
- Select a Line of Business.
- Select a Supervisor (optional).
- Select a Name to report on (optional).
- Select Apply Filters.
You can refine the report using the "Search" bar and the report can be downloaded to your computer using the Export button.
