You can now view your open support tickets, add comments to open tickets, and open new tickets directly through this knowledgebase.
To create an account to view, submit, and edit Superpunch support tickets, follow these steps:
- Select Sign in from the top-right corner of this page.
- Select Sign up.
- Enter your full name.
- Enter your work assigned email (your @24-7intouch.com email address).
- Select the "I'm not a robot" checkbox.
- Select all images as requested and select verify.
- Select Sign up.
You will receive an email with a link to create a password. Once you create your password you're all set.
Note: If you do not receive an email, check your spam or All Mail folder. If you still cannot find it, then contact GSD for assistance.
To sign in to view, submit, and edit Superpunch support tickets, follow these steps:
- Select Sign in from the top-right corner of this page.
- Enter your Email.
- Enter your Password.
- Select Stay signed in (optional).
- Select Sign in.
To view your Superpunch support tickets, follow these steps:
- Sign in (as shown above).
- Select your name from the top-right corner of this page.
- Select My activities.
You will be taken to a page that shows all tickets associated with your email address and their current status.
Note: If any tickets are missing, reach out to GSD for assistance.
To add to an existing Superpunch support ticket, follow these steps:
- Follow the steps to View Support Tickets (as shown above).
- Select a ticket within "My requests".
- Select Add to conversation.
- Enter text you'd like to add in the field provided.
- Select Submit.
