This report is used to show all open referrals to the referral admin team for investigative purposes. The report displays all open referrals for each referrer matching the filter criteria during a specific date range. This report is available to users with the "Referral Admin" role.
To run the Open Referrals Report, follow these steps:
- Log into Superpunch.
- Navigate to: Reports -> Referrals -> Open Referrals Report.
- Select a Date Range and select Apply.
- Select a Client.
- Select a Location.
- Select a Line of Business.
- Select a Supervisor.
- Select Apply Filters.
Once this report has generated, you can select Show Referrals Data to see more details. Using the search bar will help find specific items you are looking for.
