This report is specific to Canadian accounts, it lists the exceptions for each employee for a particular pay period. This report helps to identify and adjust employee records that have incorrect hours. It is available to anyone with the "Payroll Manager" or "Payroll Analyst" role.
To access the Payroll Exception Report, follow these steps:
- Log into Superpunch.
- Navigate to: Reports -> Exception Reporting -> Exception Tool Report
- Select a Date Range and select Apply.
- Select a Location.
- Select a Line of Business.
- Select a Job.
- Select Search.
This report loads directly in Superpunch. You can refine the report using the "Search" bar and the report can be downloaded to your computer using the Excel button.
You can also select Show Exception Types to view more information on each exception.
