This report gives the average mood for each line of business for the last three hours, seven days and 30 days and is selectable by location. This report is available to anyone with the "Mood Reporting" Role.
To access the Mood Aggregate Comparison Report, follow these steps:
- Log into Superpunch.
- Navigate to: Reports -> Mood Reporting -> Mood Aggregate Comparison.
- Select a Site.
- Select Apply Filters.
Once the report is generated, you can refine the results using the search bar. You can also export this report by using the Export button.
