The Exception Report is available to anyone in Superpunch with the "Reporting User" role. The purpose of the Exception Report is to provide a summary of exceptions submitted, exceptions approved, net hours changed, and percentage of hours changed. This report is used to help determine the usage of the exception tool.
To run the Exception Report, follow these steps:
- Log into Superpunch.
- Navigate to: Reports -> Exception Reporting -> Exception Report.
- Specify the Date Range and select Apply.
- Select a Client.
- Select a Line of Business.
- Select Submit.
The report will generate within Superpunch and you will have the option to search within it by typing in the "Search" bar. You can also export to Excel by selecting the Excel button.
