The Exception Handling Service Level Report shows the service level for managing exceptions in hours. This is available to people with the "Reporting User" role and can be displayed for an individual Team Leader or as a summary by Line of Business.
To run the Exception Handling Service Level Report, follow these steps:
- Log into Superpunch.
- Navigate to: Reports -> Exception Reporting -> Exception Handling Service Level Report.
- Specify a Location.
- Select a Client.
- Select a Line of Business.
- Select a Supervisor.
- Select Apply Filters.
After retrieving the output, you can print the file by going to the chart hamburger menu, then selecting print chart.
You also have the option to download the file in PNG, JPEG, PDF, SVG, CSV, or XLS format) by going to the chart hamburger menu, then selecting the format you wish to download.
You can view the data of the table by going to the chart hamburger menu, then selecting View Data Table.
