Agents are able to report an absence using the Superpunch Mobile App.
Note: You can only report an absence for your current up-coming shift today, if you are going to be absent tomorrow, you will need to wait until tomorrow to report it.
To notify using the mobile app that you will be absent today, follow these steps:
- Open the Superpunch Mobile App on your wireless device.
- Select the Will you be late or absent button on the "Schedule" widget on the home page.
- Select the Absent tab at the top of the screen.
- Select a Reason from those available in the drop-down menu.
- Select Done.
- Verify your Mobile Number.
- Select Submit.
