If Superpunch has recognized that the user trying to register in Superpunch already exists, they will be prompted to log in with their existing account. It is highly unlikely that this situation will occur if the account does not already exist, for that reason, it is recommended that you direct them to log in with their existing account. If they do not remember their username or password, please assist them. If it has been determined that the existing account is not this agent, provide them with an authorization code.
To generate an authorization code for the agent, follow these steps:
- Log into Superpunch.
- Navigate to: </> Authorization Code.
- The Authorization Code will appear at the top of your screen.
- Enter the Authorization Code in the "Authorization Code" field on the Agent's computer.
- Select Continue.
An authorization code can also be requested when a user tries to log in early.
An authorization code is only valid for one hour, if it is not used within this time, you will be required to generate a new code.
