If your schedule is not showing in Superpunch, follow these steps:
- Log into Superpunch.
- To view your schedule, follow the steps in View Your Schedule in Superpunch
- If your schedule is not showing, select your profile photo in the upper right corner.

Select User Settings.

Select the Profile tab.

Under the "User Details" section, confirm your email is correct (his should be your current work-assigned email address).

Under the "Job Details" section, confirm your current job details are correct including:

- Site
- Client
- Line of Business
- Job and
- Supervisor

If any information is incorrect refer to: Update Job Details in the User Summary
If this does not correct the issue, please contact your Supervisor who can investigate further and reach out to GSD if needed.
