If you are unable to reach the Superpunch Desktop Site, it isn't loading with full access, or you are receiving an error, try these troubleshooting steps:
To check your VPN Connection, follow these steps:
The Superpunch Desktop will only display full features if opened with a computer that has a secure VPN Connection to 24-7 Intouch. Without a VPN connection, you will see a "remote" basic dashboard with limited functionality. Please ensure your VPN is connected and then reload the Superpunch Desktop page. If you are unsure of how to connect to your program's approved VPN or are unable to connect to the VPN Contact Global Service Desk.
Superpunch is optimized to work best in Google Chrome. Sometimes you may need to clear your browser's cache in Google Chrome for new changes to take effect.
To clear you cache in Google Chrome:
- Select the Three Vertical Dpts in the top-right corner of your browser.
- Select Settings.
- Select Privacy and Security.
- Select Clear Browsing Data.
- Next to "Time Range", select Last 24 Hours.
- Select all three checkboxes: Browsing history, Cookies and Other Site Data, and Cached Images and Files.
- Select Clear data.
- Refresh the Superpunch Desktop Page or Log Out and Log In again, as needed.
