If an agent notices they are marked late or NCNS in Superpunch when there was a change to their schedule, there is a new job code entitled “Schedule Change” that will update their schedule and prevent them from losing attendance points.
To correct the issue in Superpunch, follow these steps:
- Log into Superpunch.
- Navigate to: Time Entries -> New Exception Request.
- Select the Date for the schedule change.
- Select Schedule Change as your "Reason".
- Enter a brief note in the "Note" field.
- Hover the cursor on the timeline and click + button to add a new punch or double-click an existing punch to edit.
- Select the Line of Business.
- Select Schedule Change as the "Punch Code".
- Verify the Start Date and Start Time.
- Verify the End Date and End Time.
- Select Add or Update.
- Select Submit Request.
