Within Superpunch there is a report available to all "Supervisors" or Team Leaders, it is intended to assist with coaching your team. It allows you to filter down to the team you wish to see and select the maximum score you would like to display. If you select a Maximum Score of 1, for example, you will see every employee that is at a termination stage. If you select a Maximum Score of 5, for example, you will see every employee that is at a stage where coaching would be beneficial.
To run the Team Attendance Summary Report, follow these steps:
- Log into Superpunch.
- Navigate to: Reports -> Ops Toolkit -> Team Attendance Summary.
- Select a Client.
- Select a Line of Business.
- Select a Supervisor.
- Select a Maximum Score.
- Select Apply Filters.
At the top of the report, you will see "Recently Created Negative Infractions", this will show you all infractions that occurred the previous day.
The "Team Summary" below that will show you every agent that meets the criteria you selected in the filters (i.e. all agents within the selected Client, within the selected Line of Business, under the selected Supervisor, with a Maximum Score of the selected amount.). The "Trend" field will show you which direction the attendance score is trending, up or down.
