This report is available to "Admin" users and is used to determine trends and understand why specific users are entering exceptions. The purpose is to assist with coaching and to understand if exceptions are being used correctly.
To use this report, follow these steps:
- Log into Superpunch.
- Navigate to: Reports -> Exception Reporting -> Exception Tool Report.
- Specify the Date Range and select Apply.
- Select a Location.
- Select a Line of Business.
- Select a Job.
- Select Search.
- Select Show Exception Types.
The report will now be generated. You will have the option to search for data in the report by typing in the "Search" bar. You also have the option to download this report in Excel format by selecting the Excel button.
The report will display the different exception types used and the number of times each type was used. You can also see details regarding the original and new punch along with who the exception was approved by if you select the down arrow next to the exception type.
