Deactivate an Account in Superpunch

As an "Admin User", you are able to deactivate a user account in Superpunch.

To deactivate a user's account, follow these steps:

1. Log into Superpunch.
2. Navigate to: Admin Tools.
3. Select Users.
4. Enter a Username in the "Search for Specific User" field.
5. Select Apply Filters.
6. Under the "Active" column, select the Toggle button and slide it to Deactivate User.
7. Enter the Termination Date.
8. Select Deactivate.

Grey is inactive, blue is active. When you deactivate an account, you will no longer see it in this list unless you have the Include Inactive Users checkbox selected. When a user is deactivated in Superpunch they are removed from the "Active Users", none of their information will be lost, all information contained within Superpunch is retained indefinitely.
