"Admin Users" have the ability to add an employment agency in Superpunch.
To add an employment agency, follow these steps:
- Log into Superpunch.
- Navigate to Payroll -> Agency -> Agency.
- Select Add.
- Enter "Name" for agency.
- Enter "Description" for agency.
- Enter "Email(s)" for agency.
- Enter "Location" for agency.
- Select Save.
To edit an employment agency, follow these steps:
- Log into Superpunch.
- Navigate to Payroll -> Agency -> Agency.
- Select Edit to adjust Agency information.
- Edit the corresponding Agency information "Name", "Description", "Email(s)" and/or "Location".
- Select Save.
To delete an employment agency, follow these steps:
- Log into Superpunch.
- Navigate to Payroll -> Agency -> Agency.
- Select Delete.
- A pop-up box will appear at the top of your screen asking, "Are you sure you want to delete this Agency?"
- Select OK to delete the Agency.
