There is a tool within Superpunch that will allow users, with the “Targeted Push Notifications” role, to push a location-specific notification to all employees at that location. These notifications are only visible to users that have notifications enabled.
To send a site push notification to users at a specific location, follow these steps:
- Log into Superpunch.
- Navigate to: Communications -> Site Push Notifications.
- Under “Site to Notify”, select a Site.
- Select a Line of Business, or leave as All LOBs.
- Select Send Mobile Notifications and/or Send Web Notifications.
- Send Mobile Notifications will send your notification to all users with the Superpunch Mobile App, with notifications enabled, who are employed at the selected “Site to Notify”.
- Send Web Notification will send your notification to all users with the Superpunch Desktop App, with notifications enabled, who are employed at the selected “Site to Notify”.
- Enter a "Message Title" (should stick to under 49 characters because of device limits).
- Enter the "Message Content" (should stick to under 126 characters because of device limits).
- Select Send.
You have now sent the entered notification to all users that meet the criteria you selected.
