Approve Exceptions Submitted Under a Different Supervisor (TL, Trainer, OM, etc.)

As a "Supervisor" (Team Lead/Trainer/Operations Manager, etc.), you have the ability to see and approve/deny exceptions for another Supervisor for your Program/Line of Business.

To approve exceptions for a User submitted to another Supervisor, follow these steps:

1. Log into Superpunch.
2. Navigate to: Approvals -> Exceptions.
3. Select the Supervisor from the dropdown list, or begin typing the supervisors name in the "Supervisor" field to find and select the supervisor.
4. Select the expand down arrow (to the left of the screen), or the information icon to the right of the screen to review more details.
5. Select Approve or Deny.
