If you have "Admin" or "Supervisor" access in Superpunch, you are able to log a user absence.
To Log a User Absence, follow these steps:
- Log into Superpunch.
- Navigate to: HR Tools -> Attendance -> Log User Absence.
- Select the Location (if applicable).
- Select Client (if applicable).
- Select Line of Business (if applicable).
- Select Log Absence next to the user you would like to log an absence for.
- Select the Date for the absence.
- Select the Absence Reason.
- Select Submit.
- Select OK.
Steps will vary based on your role in Superpunch, skip any irrelevant steps. If the time was missed for a reason related to COVID-19, please select that reason as the Absence Reason.
