The Exception Use Report is available to users with the "Reporting User" role, the purpose of this report is to highlight issues in user mapping, schedule imports, and user behavior and build a standard operating procedure for monitoring and actioning issues that are found.
To access this report, follow these steps.
- Log into Superpunch.
- Navigate to: Reports -> Exception Reporting -> Exception Use Report.
- Specify the Date Range and select Apply.
- Select Apply Filters.
After retrieving the output, you can narrow down the results using the "Search" bar.
