There are some changes to the Superpunch registration process to avoid the creation of duplicate accounts. This new process will look at the last name, date of birth and SIN/SSN to verify there is no existing account in Superpunch.
Superpunch Registration Process
- In orientation, the class is provided with an "Orientation Code".
- Visit the Register for Superpunch page.
- Enter the Orientation Code.
- Enter your First Name.
- Enter your Last Name.
- Enter your Phone Number.
- Enter your Birth Date.
- Enter the last 4 digits of your SSN/SIN.
- Enter your Password.
- Re-enter your Password.
- Select Register.
Once you select Register, there are three scenarios that may take place. First, if there is no existing user that matches your last name, birth date, and SIN/SSN, the registration is successful.
If Superpunch finds an existing user that matches your last name, date of birth and SIN/SSN, it will prompt "Is this an existing account?". It is extremely unlikely that Superpunch will find an existing account unless you do in fact already have an account in Superpunch.
The recommended path is to select "Yes, Log in". If you do not remember your password, you will need to reset it.
If Superpunch finds multiple users that match your last name, date of birth and SIN/SSN, it will prompt you to select one of the existing users or "None of these is me", this is an extremely rare situation, and you will probably only see this if you have inadvertently created multiple accounts.
The recommended path is to select the user that matches your information. If you do not remember your password, you will need to reset it.
