If you have a "Supervisor" role, you will be able to manage your team in Superpunch.
The Current Tab will automatically pull the list of the Agents currently assigned to your team.
- Log into Superpunch.
- Navigate to: My Team -> Manage -> Current Tab.
- You can select the toggle button if you'd like to Include Deactivated Users (only deactivated users that were scheduled and working within the last 30 days will be included).
- From this current list, you may also:

- Select the users Name and view their User Profile Info via the Info tab, or view any user IDs via the IDs tab, or you can the select the Open Profile button to view more detailed user info.
- You can select the Att. Score for the corresponding agent, and this will redirect you to the agents "Attendance Details".
- You can select the Team listed (if applicable). This will show you a list of all of the agents on the specified team. You may also select the See Full List button if applicable.
- You can select the Calendar icon and then select the View Schedule button to view the agents schedule (if applicable).

You may also download the information from the Current Tab to your computer in Excel or CSV format by selecting the Export button.
To change your Teams Profile Picture, follow these steps:
- Log into Superpunch.
- Navigate to: My Team -> Manage -> Current Tab.
- Select the Edit icon.
- You can select an auto-generated Team Avatar (options 1-20), or you can select Custom and upload a custom picture for your team.
- Once you've selected your Teams Avatar, select Save.
To view your Teams History, follow these steps:
- Log into Superpunch.
- Navigate to: My Team -> Manage -> Team History Tab.
- Using the filters to your left, select your Date Range.
- Select Apply.
- Select Apply Filters.
You may also download the information from the Team History Tab to your computer in Excel or CSV format by selecting the Export button.
If you'd like to add an Agent to your team, follow these steps:
- Log into Superpunch.
- Navigate to: My Team -> Manage -> Add Tab.
- You can search for the agent that you'd like to add to your team by using the "Search" bar in the top-right corner, or you can sort any of the columns alphabetically or numerically.
- Once you've found the agent you'd like to add to your team, select the
Add User icon to add them to your team.
If you want to locate a specific agent, follow these steps:
- Log into Superpunch.
- Navigate to: My Team -> Manage -> Locate Tab.
- Using the "Filters & Search" to the left, enter the agents name in the "Search for a Specific User" field.
- Select the Location(s).
- Select Apply Filters.
