🛰️ This week in "Work-From-Anywhere" updates: The time zone for Verint schedule imports and the Accrual settings for merged users will both be based on the user's Home Location instead of their current Line of Business (LOB). These little changes mainly enable agents to work for programs at other sites without it messing up their schedule or payroll, but it could also one day let you to work from Antarctica, or even rural Manitoba. Elon will launch the broadband satellites soon enough. |

🔤 Apples, bananas, cherries! Superpunch Chat rooms! What do they have in common? If you said they're sweet, you would be right, but you'd be even more right if you said they can be sorted alphabetically. Chat rooms can also be sorted by notification priority, making them savoury as well as sweet. |
